Only one project may be open at a time in ProView. A project is a collection of pages that you create. Each page may contain multiple pictures, movies, text boxes and hot spots. The project may then be saved to disk in a single file. This file may later be opened and edited or used to create a ProViewer.
It is important to note that pictures, movies and sounds are not actually saved into this project file. Therefore the original (or a copy of the original) pictures, movies and sound file must be retained until you create a ProViewer (see Creating a ProViewer).
Because these media files are not stored in the project file, you can edit them after you have created your project. The changes will appear the next time you open the page in the project containing the edited file.
TIP: It is helpful to create a new folder for each of your projects to keep all of the pictures, movies and sound files together.
